Shipping Fee

We ship via overnight or two-day shipping methods due to the perishable nature of our products. Our shipping fee is quoted directly to you by our shipping carrier. We do not make a profit from the shipping fee. Our shipping carrier calculates the shipping fee based on the shipping method, weight, volume, and destination of the shipment. The shipping fee for your order can be estimated before checkout by adding items to your shopping bag and entering the destination zip code in the "Estimate Shipping & Tax" section.

Shipping Schedule

Available items ordered by 1 pm EST, Monday through Thursday, can be shipped the same day. To ensure product freshness, we do not ship on Fridays unless Saturday delivery is selected. On Thursdays, we ship only via overnight shipping to avoid having products held in a non-temperature-controlled shipping facility over the weekend.

Estimated Delivery

Please note that the estimated arrival date displayed during checkout is an estimate only and does not guarantee a specific delivery date. We recommend allowing extra days for transit when selecting a shipping date. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for shipments delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as disruptive weather, flight delays, mechanical issues, and other issues experienced by UPS. However, please be assured that we will always do everything possible to meet the estimated arrival date.

Returns

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of food items. We accept exchanges of non-food items within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in original and unused condition. We go to great lengths to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. When shipping to destinations in warm climates, we include an ice pack and insulated packaging for an additional $10 fee to preserve product freshness and prevent melting during transit. We are unable to provide a refund or replacement for a melted product if you choose a non-overnight shipping method for a destination where the temperature is above 70°F.

Delivery Signature

We do not require a signature for deliveries except for custom orders. Custom orders must be signed for upon delivery.

Warm Weather Shipping

We go to great lengths to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition. During warmer weather and when shipping to destinations in warm climates, we send products with an ice pack and insulated packaging for an additional $10 fee to preserve freshness and prevent melting during transit. To further ensure flawless delivery of your chocolates, we recommend that you ship to an address where someone is available to receive the package in a timely manner and select the overnight shipping method if the temperature at your destination is above 70°F. We cannot provide a refund or replacement for a melted product if you choose a non-overnight shipping method for a destination with a temperature above 70°F.
