Product Use Information
Edward Marc Chocolatier® takes product safety and quality very seriously. We believe your use of our products according to prescribed recommendations will provide you with a truly enjoyable experience. Edward Marc Chocolatier® strongly recommends that you take note of all ingredient statements and ingredient warnings. All products produced by Edward Marc Chocolatier® are produced on shared equipment and may contain small amounts of ingredients to which you may have personal allergies. Nothing herein shall be understood to be a recommendation to use any product outside of federal or state laws and use guidelines and restrictions.

Edward Marc Chocolatier® conducts ongoing quality control to assure product safety, but we cannot assume responsibility for misuse of the product, misapplication or any unintended consequences. As such the end user assumes full responsibility for product use determinations and application.
 

Shipping Information
Please review the following shipping policies prior to placing your order to ensure your order will arrive safely. Shipping rates are calculated on a per order basis, determined by weight and dimensions of shipping container. We offer UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Select and standard Ground shipping. If you would like to have a Saturday delivery, please contact customer service at 877.488.1808 or customerservice@edwardmarc.com.

To ensure accurate delivery, please provide us with an accurate shipping address. We do not accept P.O. Box addresses. You will be charged a $10.00 fee for any returned package due to incorrect address or UPS’ inability to deliver to the address provided. If changes to an address are made once an order has been shipped, you will be charged an $11 intercept fee.

Due to the variance of temperature across the country, we insulate packages when temperatures in transit and destination locations reach above 70 degrees; please check www.weather.com for the weather in your destination city. If weather is higher than 70 degrees, your order will need to arrive within two days to prevent any melting, and we may contact you to update your shipping after you have placed your order. Also, during warmer summer months we will not ship over the weekend to ensure premium quality upon arrival; we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries.

Orders placed Monday through Wednesday before 3:30pm will be shipped out the same day as long as stock is available; orders placed Thursday through Sunday may be held to be shipped on the following Monday for optimal shipping times and conditions.
