How much does it cost to ship chocolate?

Your shipping total is dependent on the total cost of the merchandise you are purchasing. There will be a $10 fee for any returned or undeliverable packages. Below is a chart of Edward Marc's shipping rates:

Our chocolates can be purchased on our website or at one of our retail locations located at The Milk Shake Factory at 1705 East Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203 or The Pentagon, Department of Defense, Arlington, VA 22202.

What states will Edward Marc ship to?

Edward Marc will ship to any of the continental 48 states, as well as the District of Columbia at normal shipping rates. We ship to Alaska and Hawaii for an extra fee of $20.00.

All states (as well as the District of Columbia) qualify for 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipping throughout the year. Certain states have restrictions based on Warm Weather Shipping. Ground shipping will not be allowed to certain states during warmer times of the year. At this time these states include: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

What is Warm Weather Shipping?

If you order chocolate between April 15 and October 15, Edwarc Marc places an additional shipping cost on the order. This additional cost of $5.00 is to pay for insulation so that your chocolates will not melt during the shipping process.

May I order a Custom Packed Box of Chocolates?

We do have the ability to customize your box of chocolates. You may view all of our pieces in our Chocolate Guide which may be found by clicking on 'Shop Our Chocolates' and then 'Name That Chocolate'. Once you have determined the pieces that you would like, please call 877.488.1808 or email sales@edwardmarc.com to speak with a representative and place your custom order. There is an additional cost of $5.00 for customizing any box of chocolates. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped from our factory.
